Precision Timing International Inc. and Broder's SkunkWorks to service
Shiga Kogen Men's Alpine World Cup - Japan March 10-11, 2006

Partnership in data and timing with SIEMENS and SEIKO expands.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Precision Timing of Montreal Canada in partnership with James Broder's
SkunkWorks will provide software, timing hardware and TV graphics for
the Men's Alpine World Cup Slaloms in Shiga Kogen Japan, it was announced
today.

Data handling partner SIEMENS of Germany, to be led by Tami Strong of
Salt Lake, USA will work in collaboration with technology giant SIEKO Corp.
of Japan.

This is a significant expansion of the continued success of independent
technical contractors cracking into the previously protected
sports-technology marketplace and is a growing benefit to a variety of
advertisers and sports event organizers.

The Alpine World Cup Tour has slowly migrated towards innovative and
flexible technical solutions with these and other experienced players
in Timing, TV Graphics and Data-Processing over the past two seasons. The
service choice of the Austrian Ski Federation, this leadership in
independent technical initiatives provides new avenues of opportunity
for many advertisers, for whom the ability to access the Alpine World Cup
has been, to date, virtually impossible.

Major sports event organizers from Canada, Austria, Slovenia, the Czech
Republic, the USA and Switzerland have all entered into timing and data
handling contracts with independent technical contractors in 2005-2006
with a variety of advertisers.

More information is available upon request.
